Join us as we cook together and create healthy habits at the beginning of this new year. Together we will explore new ideas for cooking and creating in the kitchen, expand our knowledge about health and wellness, and remember that health exists in our entire being. In being our healthiest self, we can better love and serve one another.

Date/time: Monday evenings (1/15, 1/22, 1/29) 6:30-8pm

Cost: $20/person (this will cover the cost of recipe ingredients)

Childcare: Available for those who RSVP
