All levels are welcome! Beginner, experienced, or anything in between — there is a place for you on your mat. The style of yoga taught is Power Vinyasa Yoga. It is a powerful, energetic, and playful class that will support you wherever you are and create connection through movement and breath.
This institute will be held in the parking lot, weather permitting. If there is inclement weather on any given week, it will shift to be hosted on Zoom that week.
Please note there will be no communal yoga mats available for safety reasons; everyone must bring their own mat.
