SMALL GROUPS
SMALL GROUPS
Spiritual formation happens largely through community with others who share our spiritual journey. One way to deepen relational connection is to become a part of a small group. Small groups gather in homes across the KC metro from September through May.
If you call Jacob’s Well your home and are ready to commit to a weekly small group gathering, we have open online sign ups twice a year in August and early January. To inquire further about small groups, contact Shayne Wessel.
INSTITUTES
INSTITUTES
Institutes are formation courses offered twice a year, in the Summer & Winter, and sometimes more! In addition to learning and growing in our faith, institutes are a great way to meet and connect with other people at Jacob’s Well. Institutes are also open to the public. Courses span across a variety of themes: spiritual formation, justice engagement, relational development, friendship, and play (soccer leagues, cooking classes, running groups, etc.)!
Look for institute online sign ups during the months of May & December.
ENTWINED
ENTWINED
The Jacob’s Well Entwined Experience is a four-week immersive experience aimed towards building relationships, following Jesus, and learning to walk in His ways. Whether you are a brand new attender or have called JW your home for a while, our hope is that everyone in our church will take this class at some point, as it is also a great way to learn more about the history and theology of JW.
Be on the lookout for online sign ups prior to the two yearly course offerings in February and September.
