Remember, all students need a JW Youth Info & Liability Waiver on file to participate in events.
Join us for a weekend of fellowship, fun and formation in the beautiful Flint Hills of southeast Kansas. This event is open to both middle and high school students. Cost is $50.

Youth Room – 11:00AM
Sunday mornings are time for our middle schoolers to worship, connect and learn together and with the entire community. We meet in our annex building (City Church) across the street from Jacob’s Well (1501 w 42nd St) on the main level. Because we value our students worshipping with the adult community, on the last Sunday of each month we pause our normal gathering, and join the main worship gathering across the street.
**NOTE** – Our “Last Sunday” is being shifted to September 3 instead of August 27 for this month due to Labor Day weekend.
Here’s what we are discussing this semester…
Abraham to Zerubbabel: Tracing Jesus’s Family Tree
What’s with all the lists of names in Scripture? Who even are half of these people and why should we care about them? This semester, we’re going to trace back Jesus’s genealogy and discuss its importance both then and now.
What does God say about S-E-X? (November 5)
Brace yourselves. It’s time for a sex talk. Our culture is obsessed with sex and our world has a lot to say about it. But guess what? God has a lot to say about sex too – he invented it in the first place!
2017-2018 School Year
Confirmation is an opportunity for 8th graders to take ownership of their faith. We meet monthly throughout the school year, discussing what it means to live part of God’s Story rooted in Jesus Christ. Our orientation meeting is Sunday, September 10 after the morning gatherings.
